The 2021 Domini Veneti Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is a masterful expression of balance between elegance and structure. Produced from grapes grown in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica area, this wine is rich and full-bodied, with notes of dark fruit, spices, and chocolate. The grapes are hand-picked and dried until December/January, then crushed and fermented with meticulous care. Aged in large oak barrels for at least 18 months and further refined in bottles, this Amarone offers a complex and satisfying experience. Perfectly paired with braised beef, aged cheeses, wild game, and rich stews.
