A lithe, perfumed red from Domaine Anne Gros' Hautes-Côtes parcels. The nose opens with bright red cherry, raspberry and floral top notes, followed by hints of forest floor and gentle spice. On the palate it is fresh and energetic — lively acidity lifts fine-grained, silky tannins and reveals a mineral-tinged mid-palate. Winemaking follows the domaine’s restrained, classical approach: gentle extraction during fermentation, careful élevage in French oak for balance and integration, producing a wine that is elegant, immediate and food-friendly. The higher-altitude vineyards give a cooler-climate profile, resulting in freshness and a poised, lingering finish. Drink now–short term ageability within the suggested drinking window.
