A rich, energetic red from the collaboration between Anne Gros and Jean‑Paul Tollot. Aromas open to dark blackberry and plum layered with cracked black pepper, smoky cured‑meat notes and a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate it shows concentrated fruit framed by fine‑grained tannins, lively acidity and savory spice — plush but focused. Winemaking favors gentle extraction and a mix of neutral vessels to preserve primary fruit while adding soft complexity. This vintage suits short decanting and pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, charred steaks and hearty winter dishes.

Domaine Anne Gros & Jean‑Paul Tollot is a collaboration between two established Burgundian families exploring southern French expression under a Vin de France label. The project focuses on low‑intervention practices: careful vineyard selection, hand harvesting and restrained cellar work to highlight site character and ripe fruit purity. The wines aim for immediate charm with enough structure for short‑term ageing.
