這款2022年來自Minervois的紅酒,果香濃郁但不膩,先是黑櫻桃、黑莓與李子果實打開,再有地中海香草和黑胡椒的香氣交織,尾段帶些巧克力與礦質感。口感飽滿,酒體溫暖,酸度帶動整體節奏,單寧扎實但成熟,收結香料感悠長且舒服。 酒莊與生產:La Ciaude由Domaine Anne Gros與Jean‑Paul Tollot攜手推出,兩方以追求風土表現與細緻釀造著稱,產量不大、重視果實品質與田間管理。 釀造小記:來自陽光充足、排水良好的坡地園區,採收後精選果穗,溫和發酵以保留果香與香草風味,隨後放入木桶陳年數月,使香料與單寧更融合但不蓋過果味。 田園風貌:葡萄園多為典型南法石質與混合土壤,風乾少雨的氣候與適度控產,成就濃郁而有地中海氣息的酒款。配餐上建議烤羊、燒烤或帶香料的紅肉,與酒的香料感互相呼應。

A bold Minervois from the 2022 vintage showing concentrated dark fruit and savoury Mediterranean character. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry and plum are framed by garrigue, crushed black pepper and a hint of cocoa. On the palate it’s full-bodied and silky at first, then reveals ripe, structured tannins and balanced acidity that keep the wine lively despite its 14–14.5% alcohol. The finish is long, spicy and warming. Producer notes: La Ciaude is crafted by Domaine Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot — a partnership that marries precise, quality-focused winemaking with the sun-drenched terroir of the Minervois. Production is modest and aimed at expressing site character and freshness. Winemaking: Fruit is selected from hillside parcels, fermented with attentive extraction to capture ripe fruit and savory lift, then aged in oak for several months to integrate spice and texture while preserving varietal clarity. Vineyard: Sourced from well-exposed, well-drained plots in the Minervois with typical Mediterranean soils and ample sun. Low to moderate yields and careful vineyard management favour concentration, aromatic complexity and ripe tannic structure. Drink now through the near term to enjoy fruit intensity, or cellar to soften tannins and gain secondary complexity through 2030.
