This Champagne is well balanced, it is the result of a blending of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier.

clear and brilliant pale colour, young and lively mousse
with small bubbles. The nose displays some floral note with hints of white flowers, citrus and grey pear. The palate is vivid and creamy with a generous fruit and round creamy texture, balanced freshness supported by a ripe acidity and fairly long persistence. Well balanced with a dash of complexity on the finish.
