呢支2015年Domaine Leflaive Clavoillon，係布爾岡白酒嘅殿堂級代表。酒莊採用生物動力法，手工採摘，橡木桶陳釀12個月，再落缸6個月，造出呢支極具層次嘅白酒。入口有清新柑橘、礦物同白花香氣，仲有一絲蜜糖同燧石風味，酸度明亮，酒體豐滿但唔笨重，餘韻悠長。唔使等太耐，開瓶半個鐘就散發出迷人香氣，配海鮮、白肉或者risotto都一流。呢個年份已經進入適飲期，而家飲或者再放幾年都得。
