The palate is full-bodied and chewy, supported by a Pilsner and Carared malt backbone that balances the aggressive hop bitterness. Bittering hop Warrior sets the firm backbone while Amarillo and Simcoe deliver expressive citrus, tropical and resinous top notes. Expect a high, lingering bitter finish and a spicy, persistent mouthfeel. Producer notes: Brewed under the Hop Robber label as a high-octane expression of classic West Coast / modern double IPA styling.
