Bright, sumptuous and terroir-driven: this single‑site sweet Auslese opens with layered aromatics of candied apricot, ripe peach, citrus peel and delicate white florals, underpinned by cool slate mineral notes. On the palate it is lush and honeyed yet brilliantly balanced by racy acidity, delivering concentrated stone-fruit nectar, a hint of spice and a long, mineral-tinged finish. Produced by meticulous selection of late-harvest fruit from the steep Schlossberg terraces, grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed; fermentation is carefully managed to retain residual sweetness while preserving freshness. A refined dessert wine that also pairs beautifully with rich pâtés, blue cheeses and subtly spiced cuisine.
