這款來自冷涼海風影響的懷塔基園,呈現清新又有輪廓的柑橘與青果香,還帶一絲花香提振嗅覺。入口乾淨利落,檸檬與青萊姆的酸度俐落,口中有細緻的礦感與鹹鮮感,體感介於輕到中等,尾韻乾淨持續。釀造上以人工採收、輕柔壓榨為主,低溫不鏽鋼發酵以保留原始果香與清爽酸度,幾乎不添加干預,成就這款直率又有層次的表現。建議冷飲或稍放半小時醒香,更能展現果香與礦物細節,日常下酒與海鮮、辛香料理都很合適。

A bright, cool-climate white showing lifted citrus and green-fruit aromatics with delicate floral notes. On the palate it is taut and focused: vibrant lemon and lime flavours framed by brisk acidity, a saline mineral thread and a clear, lingering finish. Texturally light-to-medium with precise energy, this vintage balances freshness and concentration with elegant restraint. Produced by a small, hands-on team in the Waitaki Valley, fruit is harvested at optimal ripeness to capture natural acidity and aromatic clarity. Gentle pressing and cool stainless-steel fermentation preserve primary fruit and purity; minimal aging keeps the wine bright and direct. Drink chilled and enjoy young for its zesty immediacy, or cellar briefly to broaden the mid-palate complexity.

瓦利酒莊是懷塔基谷的小型酒莊,重視田間管理與冷涼氣候對風味的影響。葡萄園多為排水良好的土壤,產量控制低,人工採收以保存新鮮香氣。釀造上採用輕柔壓榨、低溫不鏽鋼發酵,盡量少干預,讓田地的礦感與酸度成為酒款的主軸,風格清爽利落,適合想喝到土地味的人。

Valli Wines is a boutique producer based in the Waitaki Valley, focused on cool-climate expressions and vineyard-driven whites. The team works with low-yield blocks, hand-harvests at sunrise to protect aromatics, and uses gentle pressing and cool stainless-steel fermentation to preserve purity. Their minimal-intervention approach aims to showcase site character — crisp acidity, minerality and aromatic clarity.
