With a foundation of Gunzian gravel atop a clayey-sandy subsoil, the vineyard's terroir is expressed through meticulous manual harvesting and traditional winemaking in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is matured for 14 to 16 months in casks, with half renewed annually, imparting a nuanced oaked character.
