Known for its exceptional terroir of very deep coarse gravel, the vineyard has an average vine age of 38 years. The grapes are exclusively hand-picked, ensuring the highest quality. The winemaking process includes two successive selections before and after de-stemming, followed by vinification and a long maceration period of about three weeks. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a wine that is both elegant and complex.
