寶馬莊2017帶來的是一種既有力量又細緻的感受。杯中先是紫羅蘭與深櫻桃的花果香,接著轉為黑果、雪松、甘草與些許可可的苦甜氣息,礦物感清晰,酸度讓整體奔放卻不失平衡。入口滑順但有支撐力:單寧細緻而有骨架,尾韻綿延,越品越顯層次。 酒莊位於Margaux心臟地帶的66公頃礫石田地,俯瞰加倫德河,這片地形與微氣候是寶馬風格的根源。2017年春季曾受霜害威脅,幸得河水護佑,多數田地獲保,九月下旬採收的果實成熟良好。釀造上採嚴格篩選並於橡木桶中陳年約20個月,追求既有集中度又保留純淨果味的平衡。 建議醒酒一至兩小時讓香氣與質地逐漸展開;搭配烤牛、帶汁的紅肉、野味或硬質羊奶乳酪最能相映成趣。酒感成熟而不失鮮度,既能早飲也適合窖藏增值。
2017 Chateau Palmer is a Margaux of concentration and silk. On the nose it opens with violet and dark cherry, then reveals layers of black currant, cedar, exotic spice and a fresh mineral streak. The palate is dense and polished: ripe dark fruit and bittersweet cocoa meet graphite and licorice, framed by energetic acidity and refined, lingering tannins. Producer notes stress terroir and balance: rooted in 66 hectares of gravelly soils overlooking the Gironde, Palmer aims for focus, length and silk. The 2017 season saw spring frosts largely warded off by the estuary’s influence; a dry spring and a summer with timely rains produced expressive, ripe material harvested from 20–29 September. Winemaker Thomas Duroux matured the wine for 20 months in oak, producing a wine of structure and harmony ready to reward medium-term cellaring. Winemaking highlights include careful selection (55% of harvest used for the Grand Vin), gentle extraction and extended élevage to integrate oak without losing purity. Serve decanted for 1–2 hours if young to reveal its layers; excellent with roasted or grilled red meats and richer cheeses.
