Producer Notes: Bottled from the single Clos St. Patrice monopole, this cuvée is crafted to showcase the vineyard’s unique terroir. The estate focuses on low-yield, site-specific viticulture and careful cellar work to express purity and concentration. Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested fruit undergoes controlled fermentation with attention to extraction to build structure without losing elegance. Native yeasts, extended maceration and maturation in large-format vessels and neutral oak preserve fruit intensity while adding textural complexity.
