The 2017 Hibiki 17 Year Old Blended Whisky represents the ultimate pinnacle of Japanese blending artistry from Suntory. Crafted from meticulously selected malt and grain spirits aged at least 17 years from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries, this liquid gold is further aged in rare Mizunara oak barrels. On the palate, it unfolds with remarkable harmony: rich notes of ripe peach, melon, and candied citrus peel blend seamlessly with sweet vanilla, honey, and the signature sandalwood character derived from Mizunara oak. The mouthfeel is silky, luxurious, and rounded, culminating in an exceptionally long finish.
