Sommelier's Note: Batch 14 opens with an immediate peat smoke that reads as tar, smoked cedar and sea spray. Beneath that is warm toffee, Belgian waffle sweetness and roasted espresso—balanced by medicinal iodine and cracked black pepper. Full-bodied and muscular, it rewards time in the glass (about 30 minutes) as the smoke unfurls and the maritime notes gain clarity.
