Laphroaig Select Cask Whisky

拉弗格精選來自艾雷小島，保留了招牌的泥煤與海風個性，但又加入了香甜與木桶香的平衡。聞起來先是濃郁的泥煤煙熏，隨之襯出海鹽、焦糖、烤榛果與香草的溫暖香氣。入口油潤、厚實卻不笨重，煙燻與鹹味先行，中段跳出肉桂、八角等香料與蜂蜜的甜感，尾韻帶一點皮革與海鹽餘韻，延展良久。這款酒採多種桶型混合熟成（包含小酒桶與雪莉桶影響），沒有標示年份，呈現的是頗為和諧的層次感。建議倒在玻璃杯中靜置約10分鐘或加一點點水，讓香氣慢慢打開，適合慢慢品味或搭配重口味海鮮與煙燻肉類。

Laphroaig Oak Select is a no-age-statement single malt from Islay that channels the distillery’s signature smoky, maritime character with added rounded sweetness. On the nose expect bold peat smoke layered with salty sea spray, salted caramel, roasted hazelnut and vanilla. The palate is medium-to-full, oily and warming: peat and smoke sit alongside subtly spiced notes—allspice, cinnamon and fennel—with touches of honey and dried fruit. Oak Select is matured in a mix of casks (including Quarter Cask, PX and other wood influence) to give both coastal smokiness and sweeter, nutty accents. It’s approachable at 40% ABV but offers a long, saline finish with lingering smoke and a hint of leather. Best enjoyed slightly rested in the glass (about 10 minutes) or with a splash of water to open the spice and floral highlights.
