Hailing from the precipitous, slate-strewn slopes of the Mosel valley, this dry white exemplifies the profound synergy between ancient vines and artisanal winemaking. Produced by one of the region's most iconic estates, the fruit is meticulously hand-harvested from steep hillside parcels where root systems penetrate deep into prehistoric bedrock. Fermented spontaneously in traditional large oak casks with ambient yeasts, it offers an astonishing aromatic breadth: layers of luscious stone fruits, ripe sun-drenched citrus, delicate floral blossom, and subtle spice burst from the glass.
