Crafted by the iconic Markus Molitor along the dramatic slate slopes of the Mosel valley, this off-dry bottling is a masterclass in balance and purity. In the glass, it radiates pale gold with flashes of green, releasing crystalline aromas of freshly sliced green apples, white peaches, wet river stones, and delicate white blossoms. On the palate, a gentle touch of natural residual sweetness is immediately lifted by electrifying, laser-focused acidity.
