Domaine Nudant is a focused Burgundy estate working small, well-sited parcels in Puligny. Vines are managed for concentration rather than volume, and the domaine favours gentle extraction: hand-harvest, careful pneumatic pressing, fermentation in French oak with a portion of new barrels for structure, then ageing on fine lees to build texture. The Les Folatieres parcel delivers limestone-driven mineral grip and a frame that supports subtle oak and lees complexity.
