Chateau Gruaud-Larose is a classified Second Growth in Saint-Julien with long-standing estate practices. The property manages 82 hectares of vineyards, emphasizes plot selection, manual harvesting and double sorting. Fermentation is carried out in a mix of French oak and temperature-controlled cement vats; the wine sees roughly 12 months of ageing in oak.
