Crafted at the foot of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia, this reserve red showcases the remarkable potential of China's premier wine terroir. Benefiting from over 3,000 hours of annual sunshine and dramatic day-night temperature swings at an elevation of 1,100 meters, the berries achieve optimal ripeness while retaining vibrant natural acidity. Aged for 18 months in custom French oak barrels, the nose reveals concentrated layers of ripe cassis, black plum, toasted cedar, and subtle cocoa. On the palate, it delivers a rich, full-bodied experience marked by lush dark fruit, polished tannins, and a long, warming spice finish. Perfect for immediate enjoyment after decanting or for cellaring over the next decade.
