Chateau Cissac is owned by the Vialard family and is located on a plateau with gravelly soils from the Garonne River. The vineyard is situated at an altitude of 27.5 meters, similar to the highest points of neighboring appellations Saint Estèphe and Pauillac. The winemaking process involves fermentation in truncated and thermo-regulated wooden and stainless steel vats, followed by 14 months of aging in barrels with 30% new wood.
