🍇 Le Ban Bourguignon 嘅故事
呢首「啦啦歌」正式名稱為 Le Ban Bourguignon，係布根地酒區嘅傳統慶祝方式，據說可以追溯到幾百年前嘅修道院與酒農聚會。每當遇到好年份、好收成，或者純粹想為一杯靚酒歡呼，布根地人就會圍埋一齊，唱起呢首歌，拍手、轉手、互相碰杯。儀式感滿滿，但又充滿親切感。Benoît 解釋，呢個動作係代表「開心到要同全世界分享」！
The official name of this chant is Le Ban Bourguignon, a tradition that dates back centuries to monastic gatherings and winegrower feasts. Whenever there's a great vintage or simply a beautiful bottle to celebrate, Burgundians join hands, clap, and sing this anthem. Benoît explained that the gesture symbolizes pure joy—like raising a toast to the world!

The star of the evening was, of course, Georges Lignier’s Morey-Saint-Denis village and premier cru wines. Benoît practices organic viticulture and minimal intervention, letting the terroir shine. The Clos de la Roche Grand Cru offers delicate red fruit, silky tannins, and a long finish; while the Bourgogne Rouge is a perfect everyday companion—cherry and violet aromas with a soft palate.
