Based in Burgundy’s white-wine capital of Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine Pernot-Belicard was founded by Philippe Pernot in 2009. Descended from the Paul Pernot family and joined by the Belicard vineyard heritage through marriage, Philippe has shaped a focused, modern domaine with a distinctive sense of place.
精準採收，讓風土保持張力
酒莊以人工採收、嚴格篩選與低干預釀造為核心。葡萄經整串壓榨後，在法國橡木桶中發酵及熟成，再以細酒渣接觸延伸質感；部分酒款會轉入控溫不鏽鋼槽，讓果味與礦物線條更完整地融合。新桶比例保持克制，重點不是木桶香，而是白花、柑橘、黃梨、奶油與碎石礦物感之間的平衡。
Precision in the Cellar
Hand harvesting, careful sorting, and low-intervention winemaking define the estate. The wines are whole-cluster pressed, fermented and matured in French oak, then in some cuvées rested on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to bring the components together. Oak is used with restraint, allowing white flowers, citrus, ripe pear, creamy texture, and stony minerality to remain in balance.
