Winery

Chateau Coutet 位於聖艾美隆第一座小山坡,離村落不到半公里,四周都是名莊。酒莊自 2012 年取得有機認證,果園密植約 6,000 株/公頃,平均樹齡約 38 年。全部人工採收,果實以木箱運送,採用傳統不打泵、人工踩皮發酵,於古老酒窖中自然完成乳酸發酵。酒款在橡木桶中陳放 18 個月,約五成新桶,目的保留果實張力與天然地塊風味。

Chateau Coutet sits on the first hill of Saint-Émilion, just half a kilometre from the village and among prestigious neighbours. The estate moved to organic certification in 2012 and maintains high density planting (~6,000 vines/ha) with an average vine age around 38 years. Grapes are hand-harvested, sorted in wooden crates and vinified using traditional non-pumped methods including manual treading. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously in the old cellars. The wine is matured for 18 months in barrels, approximately 50% new oak.
