Tasting note: Pale copper-rose in the glass with an aromatic lift of pear, green apple, white peach and hints of cantaloupe and pomelo. On the palate it is dry, light and very fresh — bright citrus mid-palate, perfumed acidity and a clean, slightly savoury finish.

Producer notes: From the team behind a modern Provençal estate known for elevating rosé, this bottling aims for clarity, freshness and everyday elegance. It’s crafted to be approachable on release and to showcase the sunlit character of Var.

Winemaking notes: Grapes are handled gently with short skin contact to extract delicate colour and aromatics. Cold, controlled fermentation and stainless-steel ageing preserve primary fruit and crisp acidity; no oak influence ensures purity and vibrancy.
