品飲筆記：色澤淡稻草黃，散發白肉果、青蘋果和檸檬皮的明亮香氣，夾帶一點花香與礦物調性。口感清爽活潑，酸度鮮明，結構輕盈，尾韻乾淨並帶有細緻的鹹感。酒莊與產區：來自加爾達湖南岸的盧加納產區（Lugana DOC），由 Domini Veneti 出品，酒莊隸屬 Cantina Valpolicella Negrar 的生產體系，強調產區特色與餐酒搭配性。釀造方式：採去梗輕壓，14–16°C 控溫發酵，不入橡木，全部在不鏽鋼槽中保存，最後以蛋白與酒石穩定處理，保留新鮮果香與清脆口感。葡萄園：葡萄種在海拔約50公尺的沖積冰磧土，偏輕黏性石灰土壤，整園覆草，改良式維羅納棚架栽培，結果年齡約20–30年，植株密度約3000株/公頃，產量適中。飲用建議：冷藏後飲用最佳，建議開瓶靜置約15分鐘即可，最合拍海鮮、清蒸白魚、小卷及輕爽前菜。

Tasting Note: Pale straw-yellow with a delicate bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, green apple, lemon zest and subtle floral highlights. The palate is fresh and lively, marked by brisk acidity, clean mineral notes and a crisp, saline-tinged finish. Producer Notes: From the Lugana DOC on the southern shore of Lake Garda, this is a classic expression of the local terroir — fresh, food-friendly and unoaked. Winemaking Notes: Grapes are de-stemmed, gently pressed and fermented without skins at controlled temperatures of 14–16°C. The wine is conserved in stainless steel and stabilised by protein and tartaric treatments, preserving primary fruit and crispness. Vineyard Notes: Vines grow on light clayey-limestone morainic soils at about 50 metres above sea level. Vineyards are grassed, trained on a modified Veronese pergola, with producing vines aged 20–30 years, planting density around 3,000 vines/ha and moderate yields. Drinking & Service: Serve well chilled; open ~15 minutes before serving. Ideal with shellfish, simply prepared white fish and fresh cheeses.

Domini Veneti is produced in the Lugana area on the southern shore of Lake Garda and is part of the Cantina Valpolicella Negrar group. The producer focuses on expressing the lake-influenced terroir with careful vineyard practices (grassed soils, pergola training, older vines) and conservative, stainless-steel winemaking to preserve fresh fruit and minerality.
