Born in the historical vineyards of Pieve Santa Restituta, where the soils are rich in clay and limestone, this wine benefits from a cooler growing season that emphasizes elegance over raw power. In the cellar, the grapes undergo meticulous fermentation followed by 24 months of aging in traditional large oak casks, allowing the structured backbone to soften naturally. The palate is beautifully layered, showing incredible depth of red fruits, savory spice, and a distinct mineral mineral vein that leads to a long, uplifting finish.
