The 2017 Joseph Drouhin Amoureuses is a testament to the subtlety and elegance that Burgundy wines are renowned for. With an ever-changing bouquet that gracefully shifts from notes of raspberry and kirsch to deeper hints of truffle, mushroom, and woody undertones, this wine captures the essence of its terroir. The palate is greeted with a silky sensation and refined tannins, leading to an intense yet velvety texture complemented by a lively freshness. This Premier Cru, aptly named 'Amoureuses' or 'lovers', leaves a delicate and supremely refined aftertaste, making it a masterpiece of harmony.
