酒莊與葡萄園:來自村內被石牆圍起的Clos du Mesnil,向東南的坡向和特殊微氣候造就集中度高、個性突出的果實。這塊小地(2006年產量約15,773瓶)自古以來便被視為珍貴資源。

釀造小記:2006年9月中採收,帶有成熟果實與礦物感。以傳統方式發酵並有橡木提示,賦予烘焙、奶油、糕點類的香氣。Dosage屬Brut,軟木塞封口,起泡細緻持久。

侍酒師私房筆記:注入杯中先是明亮金黃與細緻氣泡,香氣像是檸檬塔、madeleine與淡淡焦糖麥芽;入口寬厚但被銳利酸度拉緊,礦質感和杏仁、核桃及些許薑糖餘韻收尾,十分適合慢慢品讀。

Producer & Vineyard Notes: From the tiny, historic Clos du Mesnil walled parcel inside the village, the south-eastern aspect and microclimate yield uniquely concentrated fruit. The plot was historically set aside to enrich blends but proved exceptional on its own — a parcel with limited production (c.15,773 bottles in 2006).

Winemaking Notes: Harvested mid-September 2006; vinification includes maturation with oak influence that brings pastry, toasted notes and a fuller mid-palate. Dosage: Brut. Closure: Cork. The house élevage and careful cellaring produce a luminous golden colour and fine, persistent mousse.

Sommelier’s Note: On the nose: citrus peel, barley sugar, almond and toasted brioche. On the palate it’s generous and round yet taut — madeleine, tarte tatin and lemon meringue slide into chalky minerality and candied ginger. The acidity is precise, carrying long saline, stony finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Occasion / Pairing: Ideal for celebratory dinners or elevated weeknight seafood at home — pairs famously with crab, lobster, classic shellfish starters, or buttery fish dishes. Also excellent with creamy starters and certain cheeses.
