The palate is medium-bodied with plush, rounded tannins, integrated freshness and a silky texture — notes of dark chocolate, espresso and spice persist through a long, satisfying finish. Produced under the Cathiard family's stewardship, the estate practices organic/biodynamic principles and crafts this cuvée for earlier pleasure while retaining the estate's signature mineral energy. Vinified with careful extraction and matured in oak to add spice and polish, this wine balances immediate charm with the ability to age a decade or more.
