The 2019 Massetino Toscana IGT is a bold and structured wine, displaying the typical characteristics of its vintage. The colour is dark and youthful, with a nose that perfectly captures ripe black fruit, underlined by spicy new oak and liquorice. On the palate, the wine is rich and dense, with a velvety and refined texture balanced by a frame of fresh acidity and firm tannins. This wine is a splendid expression of the blend composed of 97% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc. Best enjoyed from 2025 onwards.
