Aromas of ripe red cherry, raspberry and cranberry are lifted by violet and delicate woodland notes; a faint spice and mineral thread adds complexity. On the palate it shows an elegant, silky texture, lively acidity and fine-grained tannins that shape a medium-bodied yet concentrated profile. Crafted with meticulous vineyard selection and traditional cellar work, the wine spends careful time in French oak to gain integration without masking its finesse. Best served after gentle aeration, it pairs beautifully with roast duck, game birds and mature alpine cheeses.
