Crafted by Charles Van Canneyt, one of Burgundy's most celebrated modern winemakers, this Premier Cru comes from the prestigious Les Sorbets vineyard in Morey-Saint-Denis. Situated on gently sloped limestone and clay soils, the plot naturally produces wines of profound finesse and distinctive minerality. The 2021 vintage emphasizes freshness and purity, undergoing gentle extraction and aging in high-quality French oak to preserve its vivid character. On the palate, expect a glowing tapestry of ripe red cherry, wild forest berries, crunchy cranberry, alongside whispers of exotic spice and damp earth. The tannins are micro-fine and seamlessly integrated, balanced by vibrant acidity that carries into a remarkably long, polished finish.
