品飲筆記：深沈的黑果香先行，黑莓與黑加侖為主調，隨之而來的是紅醋栗的明亮與淡淡紫羅蘭花香。入口柔順且有層次，中段絲滑、單寧已被時間與橡木柔化，餘韻綿長且帶有香草與雪松的細緻氣息。 酒莊與釀造：作品前奏（Overture）以混合不同年份與酒槽來呈現較圓潤親切的風格，強調口感與質地的細緻表現。釀酒過程以長時間橡木熟成（約19個月）與精細桶選，讓酒體在豐富與柔和之間取得平衡。 葡萄園與土壤：來自Opus One經典園地，田間管理重視日照與土壤多樣性，山坡與平坦園區交錯產生微氣候差異，將果實的複雜性、花香與質感都帶入酒中。 飲用建議：建議醒酒60–90分鐘以開放香氣，現在即可享用，亦可於未來十年內細細陳放，愈陳愈顯層次。

Tasting note: Deep, layered aromatics open to ripe black fruits — blackberry and cassis — lifted by red currant and floral violet notes. The palate is plush and polished, showing a silky mid-palate, baked spice and subtle cedar from extended oak, then a long, persistent finish. Producer notes: Overture is a signature blend that showcases the estate’s terroir and the winemaker’s art of marrying multiple vintages for a softer, more approachable expression at release. It emphasizes texture as much as fruit and structure. Winemaking notes: A selection of barrels across vintages undergo extended aging (approximately 19 months) to achieve a supple, velvety mouthfeel and integrated oak. Blending across lots and years produces a rounder profile while maintaining depth and balance. Vineyard notes: Fruit is sourced from the Opus One estate vineyards where heterogeneous soils and careful vineyard management bring complexity to the wines. The site’s varied exposures and micro-terroirs contribute layered fruit, delicate floral lift and refined tannic structure. Serve and drink: Approachable now with decanting; will develop further through the drinking window 2024–2036.
