The 2014 vintage captures the terroir with laser-like focus. The estate employs precise plot-by-plot vineyard care, gentle manual picking into small crates, and a state-of-the-art gravity-flow cellar to preserve the pristine character of the fruit without harsh extraction. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, the wine reveals an intoxicating bouquet of May rose, peony, fresh raspberries, and crushed chalk. On the palate, it delivers a direct, linear strike of mineral freshness seamlessly integrated with melting, fine-grained tannins. Notes of cocoa, nougat, and cedar evolve effortlessly into an expansive, saline finish. Now entering its prime drinking plateau, it delivers textbook right-bank precision and aristocratic poise.
