Born in the heart of Piedmont's UNESCO-protected hills around Acqui Terme, this radiant sparkling creation reflects the enchanting sweeter side of Northern Italian winemaking. The estate vineyards thrive on an alternation of limestone-rich white marl and warm sandy soils, bestowing incredible aromatic elegance and lifted freshness to the fruit. Produced via precision temperature-controlled fermentation in pressurized tanks, the wine captures pure primary vibrancy straight from harvest to bottle.

In the glass, it pours a vivid, shimmering ruby topped with a soft, frothy pink mousse. The bouquet immediately bursts with heady notes of blooming red roses, wild mountain strawberries, and succulent black cherries.
