品飲筆記:酒體呈淡金色,前調以明亮的柑橘與果皮香為主,能嗅到葡柚、檸檬皮和橙皮,內含白桃與柑橘的果香,並帶有些許蜜味與花香。口感清新、活潑,酸度舒服有彈性,輕微的橡木陳年帶來一抹奶油感與圓潤的中段,收尾乾淨且回味良好。 酒莊與葡萄園:Les Arums de Lagrange 延續了力關(Château Lagrange)過往在梅多克釀製白酒的傳統,白葡萄園約 11 公頃,分布於 Cussac Fort Médoc 與 Saint‑Laurent‑de‑Médoc,土壤以砾石砂和石灰黏土為主。分地塊管理與嚴格篩選,讓每個地塊的礦質感與圓潤度都能被保留,釀出優雅不刻意的酒款。 釀造手法:人工於清晨採收並篩選,輕柔整串壓榨、低溫澄清 12 小時後再入 225L 小木桶發酵;不進行乳酸發酵,依地塊、樹齡與成熟度分批釀造與篩選。短期的小桶熟成主要帶來細緻奶油感,而非強烈的木香。 酒款風格與搭配:此年份氣候偏涼、雨量低,風味保有良好平衡與鮮明果香。建議微冰鎮後飲用,可搭配厚切海魚、烤、煎魚類、麵衣雞排或是風味豐富的洗軟質起司,都能互相襯托。

Tasting note: Pale with a faint golden hue, this estate white opens with bright citrus and orchard fruit — lemon peel, grapefruit and notes of white peach and tangerine — layered with floral honeysuckle and a subtle flinty mineral thread. On the palate the wine is fresh and lively, driven by crisp acidity yet softened by a light creaminess from brief barrel élevage; well-proportioned and elegant with a clean, persistent finish. Producer notes: Les Arums de Lagrange revives a historic tradition of white wine at Château Lagrange first reintroduced in 1996. The cuvée is crafted to be delicate and balanced rather than overly emphatic, made for early enjoyment while showing varietal complexity and freshness. Vineyard: The small 11-hectare white vineyard sits across the communes of Cussac Fort Médoc and Saint-Laurent-de-Médoc on gravelly sand and limestone-clay parcels. Soils and careful parcel selection give mineral lift and a poised mid-palate — the aim is elegance and measured body without excessive acidity. Winemaking: Hand-harvested in cool morning hours and rigorously sorted, grapes receive gentle whole-bunch pressing and a 12-hour cold settling before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in 225L barrels with no malolactic conversion; parcels are vinified separately with batch selection by terroir, vine age and ripeness. Light oak influence provides a creamy nuance rather than overt toast. Vintage: 2021 was marked by lower-than-average rainfall and generally cool temperatures, which preserved aromatic freshness. Morning picking between 8 and 24 September helped capture vibrant aromas and balance. Drink: 2023–2028. Serving & pairing: Best lightly chilled; decant for 20–30 minutes if you prefer the aromatics to open. Pairs superbly with meaty fish, grilled sole, poultry dishes with a crisp crumb, and washed-rind cheeses.

Château Lagrange is a well-established Médoc estate that historically produced white wines for estate use; the white bottling under the Les Arums de Lagrange name was revived in 1996. Today the property, owned by Suntory, combines traditional vineyard work with careful parcel selection and modern cellar techniques to produce elegant, balanced wines.
