大金鐘2022年展現經典又現代的雙重魅力:杯中先是深沉黑莓、藍莓與紅醋栗的果香,接著綻放紫羅蘭花香、香料與微苦巧克力、橙皮的層次。口感飽滿但不笨重,酸度清新活潑,單寧質地如細沙般紮實卻圓潤,整體細緻綿密、餘韻悠長。酒莊由Boüard de Laforest家族繼承與經營,長期在尊重土地的基礎上持續技術創新。葡萄來自聖艾美濃向陽坡腳的黏土—石灰質土壤,採收期集中於九月上中旬;釀造時採用低溫冷浸、分區控制發酵與發酵後短期浸皮,以萃取細緻單寧,隨後在新法國細紋橡木桶及部分30hl大桶中熟成22個月。建議先醒約90分鐘,適合搭配烤牛、羊或風乾熟成肉類,也非常值得收藏。
The 2022 Chateau Angelus bursts from the glass with layered black and red fruit — blackberry, blueberry and red currant — joined by violet florals, spice and an undercurrent of dark chocolate and orange peel. On the palate it is full-bodied yet lithe: fresh acidity frames polished, grainy tannins that give structure without harshness, leading to a long, fragrant finish. Produced under the stewardship of Hubert de Boüard de Laforest, the estate has long pushed technical innovation while respecting its terroir. Grapes are hand-picked across the south-facing slopes at the foot of Saint-Emilion; fermentations include cold soaks and controlled temperatures with post-fermentation maceration to extract fine tannins. The wine spent 22 months in new fine-grain French oak and selected foudres, resulting in real depth, balance and cellar potential. Drink from the late 2020s and enjoy through mid-century for optimal development.
