Moueix家族的經典產區代表。酒莊巧妙結合高地礫石的優雅與黏土的豐腴,因地勢(海拔約33–38公尺)與土壤差異,每一塊園地都為酒款帶來不同面貌。 釀造與熟成:採用人工採收並進行雙重篩選(手工與光學),在控溫的混凝土與不鏽鋼發酵槽中以溫和受控的浸皮方式萃取風味,熟成於法國橡木桶約16–18個月(新桶比例50%),追求豐富度與優雅的平衡。 葡萄園環境:土壤以礫石覆蓋、下為含鐵的深層黏土,礫石地塊帶來細緻與通透感、黏土地塊則賦予酒體的圓潤與結構。採收期集中在9月上中旬。 飲用建議:此酒有極強的陳年潛力,若偏好早飲,可提前醒酒約90分鐘;搭配烤羔羊、成熟牛排或帶菇類風味的料理最佳。

Tasting note: Intense and elegant, this Pomerol opens with layers of ripe dark cherry and plum, lifted floral violet notes and a ribbon of cocoa, licorice and warm spice. The palate is plush and concentrated yet finely tuned — velvety, well-structured tannins frame generous fruit, while a mineral-saline thread and subtle oak spice carry the wine through a long, resonant finish. Producer notes: Château La Fleur-Pétrus, a historic estate on the Pomerol plateau owned by J.-P. Moueix, blends the gravel elegance and clay-driven density that define the site. Parcels sitting 33–38m above sea level give nuanced expression across the cuvée. Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested with double sorting (manual and optical), fermentations take place in thermo-regulated concrete and stainless-steel vats with gentle, controlled maceration and extraction. The wine matures 16–18 months in French oak (50% new), aiming to balance concentration with finesse. Vineyard notes: Soils of gravel over iron-rich subsoil and deep clay deliver both lift and plushness — gravel parcels contribute finesse, clay parcels give velvety structure. Harvest ran from 1 to 19 September. Service & cellaring: Shows enormous aging potential (drinking window from 2030 onward). If enjoyed younger, decant for about 90 minutes to unveil aromatics and soften youthful tannins. Pairs superbly with roasted lamb, aged steak and rich mushroom dishes.
