品飲筆記:酒杯中先是鮮明的紅果香,草莓與深櫻桃帶出成熟李子與黑莓的層次,並有細緻花香點綴,後段流露出煙草、咖啡與肉桂般的香辛。口感中等偏飽滿,質地絲滑,酸度清爽帶動全體節奏,單寧細緻成熟,結構穩健卻不厚重,礦物與泥土氣息讓尾韻悠長而有層次。 酒莊與生產:拉圖波美侯以矗立的小塔為名,早年由Loubat夫人購入,從1962年起由Jean‑Pierre Moueix團隊耕作,2024年正式由Moueix家族接手。酒莊一向追求傳統與優雅並重,既適合早飲也有良好陳年潛力。 釀造與陳年:在控溫的混凝土與不鏽鋼發酵槽中進行發酵,採用溫和而受控的浸漬與萃取手法,以保留果香清晰度。入桶以法國橡木陳年約14個月,取其細緻香料與結構,不搶果味主體。 葡萄園風土:莊園田地多樣,靠近村莊教堂的地塊以礫石與黏土著稱,周邊則為肥沃的壤土,這種風土拼貼帶來香氣、結構與平衡感。栽培與採收細緻,讓酒款在口感與礦物感之間取得和諧。 品飲建議:建議醒酒1至1.5小時,最佳飲期約2025–2045,既可早飲感受果香,也可收藏等待更多發展。

Tasting Note: Bright red-fruit aromatics — ripe strawberry and dark cherry — open into layers of plum, blackberry compote and subtle floral lift. Secondary notes of tobacco, mocha and nutmeg add spice and depth. On the palate the wine is medium‑to‑full-bodied, with a dense, silky texture, fresh driving acidity and fine, ripe tannins that sit under the fruit. Mineral and earthy nuances frame a long, evolving finish. Producer Notes: Latour à Pomerol takes its name from the small tower on the estate. Acquired by Madame Loubat in the early 20th century and farmed by Établissements Jean‑Pierre Moueix since the 1960s, the domaine became officially owned by the Moueix family in 2024. The estate is known for producing classical, ageworthy wines that balance concentration with finesse. Winemaking: Fermented in thermo‑regulated concrete and stainless steel vats with gentle, controlled maceration and extraction to preserve aromatic precision. The wine spent 14 months in French oak, contributing subtle spice and structural integration without overwhelming the fruit. Vineyard: The vineyard benefits from a patchwork of soils — gravel and clay in a prized parcel near the village church and loam around the château — giving complexity and harmony to the final blend. Careful vineyard management and site selection yield concentrated fruit with a clear sense of place. Cellaring & Service: Drink from 2025–2045. For younger bottles allow 60–90 minutes of decanting to show best aromatics and soften the tannic frame.

Chateau Latour à Pomerol is a small, picturesque estate named for the tower on its grounds. Historically associated with Madame Loubat and farmed by Établissements Jean‑Pierre Moueix since the 1960s, the domaine embodies Pomerol’s tradition of careful viticulture and restrained, elegant winemaking. The Moueix family completed acquisition in 2024 and continues to apply meticulous vineyard work and classical cellar practices.
