慕林聖喬治酒莊（Chateau Moulin Saint-Georges）同Ausone同門，由Vauthier家族五代傳承。1999年已經完全熟成，開瓶散發黑加侖子乾、雪松、煙草同乾玫瑰花香，入口絲滑，單寧已經融合，帶住一股礦物感。8公頃葡萄園種係黏土石灰岩斜坡上，人手採收再用100%新法國木桶陳年。飲之前透氣一個鐘，配烤羊扒或者陳年巴馬臣芝士，perfect。

A mature, graceful Saint-Emilion from the family behind Ausone. The 1999 offers a delicate yet complex nose of dried blackcurrants, cedar, tobacco, and rose petals. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with silky tannins and lingering minerality. Produced from 8 hectares of old vines on clay-limestone slopes, fermented in stainless steel and aged in 100% new French oak. Perfectly evolved, it drinks beautifully now after a short decant.
