Tasting note

這瓶1998年的波美侯風格典範，香氣以黑櫻桃、甘草與焦糖為主，細緻夾帶些泥土與森林底蘊。酒體中到飽滿，單寧經過時間打磨仍有支撐力，酸度讓整體保持活力。釀造上以人工採收（9月23日至10月2日）並在橡木桶中熟成約18個月，採取溫和浸皮與精緻陳釀手法，瓶中陳年帶出複雜層次。適合先醒約45分鐘再享用，搭配紅肉或濃郁奶酪風味更出色。

A classic Pomerol from a mature 1998 vintage: the bouquet opens with ripe black cherry, sweet licorice and a touch of caramel, edged by subtle earthy and truffle-like notes. On the palate it is medium–full, showing the estate's trademark structural backbone and polished tannins, framed by fresh acidity and well-integrated oak from 18 months of ageing. Made for cellaring yet approachable with gentle decanting, this wine balances power and refinement and rewards patience with evolving tertiary complexity. Harvest took place 23 September–2 October; bottled under cork and produced under the Delon/Moueix stewardship.

Château Nénin, under the Delon/Moueix stewardship, crafts wines that aim for longevity and balance. The estate focuses on meticulous vineyard management on Pomerol soils, measured extraction in vinification and ageing in oak barrels (approximately 18 months) to build structure without overwhelming finesse. The result is a wine designed to age gracefully while retaining clarity and purity of fruit.
