【Winemaker & Vineyard Notes】
From Château Sociando-Mallet in Haut-Médoc: harvest over three weeks, picked by hand into small crates, fermented with native yeasts in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless vats and pumped-over daily to extract colour and structure. The estate ages its flagship for 18 months in oak; early topping-up and storing barrels “bung on the side” limits oxidation and preserves freshness. Corks are selected to ensure long-term maturation.
