關於酒莊與田地(私房補充)
Chateau Talbot 世代家族經營、葡園面積廣(約 98.5 公頃),土壤以梅多克典型礫石為主,密植(7700 株/公頃),平均樹齡約 50 年。採收以人工為主,入園有嚴格分選(手選、光學與浮選),在橡木槽發酵,最後以一半新桶陳釀 15 個月。田間維護採傳統四向耕作與梅多克雙臂棚架修剪,確保果實成熟均勻與結構完整。

Medium to full-bodied and focused, it opens with air to reveal cedar, subtle roasted notes and a long, tobacco-laced finish.
