這款有機白酒帶著明亮又活潑的香氣:檸檬皮、青蘋果和細緻的白肉果香,伴隨花香與礦感。口感清爽有彈性,酸度鮮明卻不刺,酒體適中,舌面有輕微的鹽感與細緻質地,尾韻乾淨且舒緩。酒莊採用有機栽培,重視田間生態與土壤健康,葡萄多以人工採收,釀造過程偏向低干預—以低溫發酵與短期與酒泥接觸來保留果香與純淨度,幾乎不使用新橡木,使風味更直接反映田地。葡萄園土壤排水良好,氣候受海風影響,為這年份帶來自然的清爽與礦性張力。建議稍微醒20分鐘,最佳搭配海鮮、清爽沙拉與亞洲風味料理。
Bright and lively, this organic white presents a zesty nose of citrus peel, green apple and delicate white stone fruit, followed by floral touches and a saline mineral thread. On the palate it is crisp and well-structured, showing brisk acidity, subtle textural weight and a persistent, clean finish. Producer notes highlight organic farming and careful, low-intervention work in both vineyard and cellar. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with attention to freshness — cool fermentation, light lees contact and gentle oak avoidance to preserve purity. The vineyard sits on well-draining soils that lend the wine its tension and mineral edge, while seaside influences help maintain freshness in the ripe 2023 vintage. Serve lightly chilled; a short 15–30 minute rest will let the aromatics open.
