The palate is medium–full with fleshy, almost sweet tannins that provide a plush texture and good structural backbone. Oak seasoning and crushed-stone minerality lift the finish. Best enjoyed after at least an hour's decant to let the layers open; pairs naturally with grilled or roasted red meats and mature cheeses.
