Tasting note

Tasting Note: A refined, terroir-driven Saint-Emilion showing dense dark-fruit aromas—black cherry, plum and black currant—layered with forest floor, cedar, subtle tobacco and hints of roasted coffee and liquorice. On the palate it is medium-plus in body with polished, silky tannins, balanced acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish. Producer Notes: The estate speaks of the power of its unique terroir tempered by bright, glistening fruit and a precise aromatic profile. The wines aim for balance and a sensation of fullness that evolves gracefully over time. Winemaking Notes: Matured 18 months in oak with attentive élevage to preserve purity and structure; cork-closed. Vineyard Notes: Situated at the highest point of the appellation with 360° exposure and exceptional soil complexity, the vineyard benefits from rich biodiversity and a mosaic of soils that lend complexity and definition. Drinking Window: 2008–2040.
