Tasting note

這支1987年的卓龍成熟而不失優雅，入口先是清晰的紅莓與花香，接著融入黑巧克力般的奶油感與礫石、鐵質土壤的礦物味。酒莊採手工採收、雙重篩選，於小型混凝土槽發酵，並以多數新橡木桶熟成，讓口感既集中又有細緻的質地。酒體經年圓潤，單寧已變得柔順但仍保有結構，酸度讓整體清新。建議醒約30分鐘再飲，與牛羊肉、野味或濃郁菇類料理最搭。這酒既有土地的力量，也有陳年帶來的成熟香氣，喝起來舒服又有層次。

A seriously concentrated Pomerol from a respected estate, this 1987 bottling shows the estate’s signature density and mineral depth. The nose opens with pure raspberry and floral lift, followed by darker notes of creamy dark chocolate and earthy iron-mineral nuances derived from the clay-and-gravel soils. Vinified with careful manual harvest, double sorting and small concrete vats, the wine was aged mainly in new oak, resulting in a compact, richly textured palate where silky tannins meet crisp acidity. Mature and generous, it benefits from a short decant (about 30 minutes) to reveal layered fruit and a persistent, fresh finish. Serve with grilled or roasted red meats, game or rich mushroom dishes.

Château Trotanoy has been in the Moueix family since 1953 and is prized for its unique Pomerol soils — a dense mix of clay and gravel with an iron-rich layer known as 'crasse de fer'. The estate favours meticulous vineyard work and traditional, small-batch vinification.
