Hailing from four meticulously farmed plots nestled within Meursault and Pommard, this vibrant red perfectly illustrates the purity and pedigree of the Fabien Coche estate. The vines, aged between 30 and 60 years on classic clay-limestone parcels, are cultivated under strict organic methods. In the cellar, natural fermentations are guided exclusively by indigenous yeasts, followed by gentle maturation in large oak casks with a very restrained use of new wood. The bouquet immediately charms with crunchy red cherries, wild strawberries, and delicate hints of peony petals mingled with sweet spice. On the palate, it reveals a bright, supple texture framed by silky tannins and a crystalline mineral spine. The finish is remarkably clean, energetic, and persistently fruity, offering an approachable yet profoundly authentic expression of Côte d'Or terroir.
